At the helm of Dzunani Logistics is Hellen Sithole, a visionary entrepreneur and dedicated leader who has successfully transitioned from the healthcare sector into the fast-paced world of logistics. As the founder and CEO of Dzunani Logistics, she is a trailblazer in the industry, steering a 100% black female-owned company toward remarkable growth and innovation.
With a strong academic background, Hellen holds a Biomedical Technology qualification from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University, an Honors Degree in Pharmacy from Rhodes University, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Health from the University of Pretoria. Her passion for continuous learning and business excellence has led her to pursue an MBA , equipping her with the strategic and leadership skills necessary to drive Dzunani Logistics forward.
Despite her roots in the medical field, Hellen saw an opportunity to make an impact in logistics—a traditionally male-dominated industry. Her resilience, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to success have propelled Dzunani Logistics from a one-truck operation in August 2024 to a growing fleet of 16 trucks, transporting coal, dry bulk cement, and cement bags for major clients such as PPC.
Beyond business growth, Hellen is passionate about empowering other women to enter the logistics industry. She envisions Dzunani Logistics as not only a successful enterprise but also a platform for mentoring aspiring female entrepreneurs and providing internship and vacation work opportunities for students. Through her leadership, she aims to break barriers, create opportunities, and inspire the next generation of women in logistics.
Under her guidance, Dzunani Logistics continues to expand, innovate, and set new industry benchmarks, proving that with hard work, determination, and vision, success in any field is possible.
